In order to facilitate in-house communication in the candidate selection process, your information is electronically processed by us within the scope of your application procedure. Your data is not disclosed to third parties, nor is it intended for disclosure to third countries. After the candidate selection process has been completed, your data will be deleted after 6 months.

III. Data Protection in Order Processing

In order to fulfill your orders and process our orders with suppliers, data of the customer, supplier and respective company contact partner, in particular, contact data, are processed. This is done on the legal basis for contractual performance as defined by Art. 6 lit b. /Art. 6 lit f. Our legitimate interest is the reliable processing of orders; this is also done in the interest of our customers and suppliers. Your data will only be disclosed for accounting purposes, for example to the CPA/auditor. Beyond this, data is as a rule not disclosed to third parties. However, disclosure may be mandated by law.
