As the manager of this website we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection legislation and this data privacy statement.

Use of our website is usually possible without providing any personal data. If any personal data is collected on our sites (e.g. name, address or email addresses), this always occurs, where possible, on a voluntary basis. Any anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our website and the underlying technology.
In order to protect the security of your data during transmission we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (such as SSL) via HTTPS.


C.    Contact Form

If you send us an enquiry using the contact form, your information from the contact for, including the contact details given by you for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up questions, shall be saved by us. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

 

II.    Data Protection in Application Procedures


In order to facilitate in-house communication in the candidate selection process, your information is electronically processed by us within the scope of your application procedure. The legal basis for this is in particular the provisions of Art. 6 DSGVO (Data Protection Ordinance) in conjunction with § 26 BDSG-2018 (Federal Data Protection Act). Your data is not disclosed to third parties, nor is it intended for disclosure to third countries. After the candidate selection process has been completed, your data will be deleted after 6 months.


III.    Data Protection in Order Processing


In order to fulfill your orders and process our orders with suppliers, data of the customer, supplier and respective company contact partner, in particular, contact data, are processed. This is done on the legal basis for contractual performance as defined by Art. 6 lit b. /Art. 6 lit f. Our legitimate interest is the reliable processing of orders; this is also done in the interest of our customers and suppliers. Your data will only be disclosed for accounting purposes, for example to the CPA/auditor. Beyond this, data is as a rule not disclosed to third parties. However, disclosure may be mandated by law. The duration of storage will be based on the specific storage periods, in particular the provisions of Commercial and Fiscal Law.


IV.    General Information


A.    Deletion, Blocking of Data

We abide by the principles of data avoidance and data minimization. We will only save your personal data until we have attained the purposes designated here or in accordance with the different mandatory preservation periods prescribed by law. After the purpose has been attained/the statutory deadlines have lapsed, the data will as a rule be blocked or deleted in accordance with the provisions of the law.


B.    Your Rights to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion and Appeal


You have the right to receive information on your personal data being stored by us at any time. You also have the right to correction, blocking or, with the exception of the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deletion of your personal data. In order for the blocking of data to be considered at any time, this data must be stored in a blocked data file. You may also request deletion of your data where there is no statutory preservation of records duty. Where there is such a duty, we will block your data upon request.
You may make changes or revoke consent by notifying us accordingly, to take effect in future.


C.    Amendment of Our Data Protection Terms

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt the present Data Protection Statement in order for it to meet the latest legal requirements at all times or to implement changes of our services in the Data Protection Declaration, e.g. in the case of introduction of new services. The new data protection statement will then apply to your renewed visit.

F.    Objection to Advertising E-Mail

Use of contact data published within the framework of the legal information duty, for sending advertising and information materials that have not been explicitly requested is hereby prohibited. The sites' operator explicitly reserves the right to take legal action in
