and success of our company, the management is defining the
quality policy of Pister Kugelhähne GmbH in the QM manual.
Quality management system ensures that the organizational,
commercial and technical operations that have an effect on
the design quality of our products are planned, controlled
and monitored, and that contractually agreed requirements
will be met.
Our quality management system complies with the requirements
of
DIN EN ISO 9001, and it is applicable for
the entire company. It is intended to ensure that all of our
products and services meet the customer requirements. |

This is achieved, for example
by:
- the employment of skilled and trained personel
- adequate planning
- the use of suitable process equipment and processes
- relevant provisions of the work and test instructions
- appropriate supervision and technical directives, etc.
The management evaluates the status and effectiveness of
the QM system at least once every year.
