The 2-way valve is an hydraulic angle valve, designed as a cartridge type.
DN6 to DN32.
Function
The valve is operated manual by a hand wheel combined with a special force-transmission.
Operating torque is smaller than 5Nm, irrespective of load.
Therefore the outside diameter 70 for the hand wheel is required.
Advantage
A spring energised piston causes clearance-free movement and avoids peaks by operation at working pressure.
Rotation-free movement at the valve seat avoids defects at the sealing surfaces.
The 2-way cartridge valve can be used as an infinitely variable control valve from fully closed (leakage free) up to fully open position. |
